Podgorica/Belgrade, 18 August 2022, dtt-net.com – The parliament of Montenegro will vote Friday on a no-confidence vote filed by parties of ethnic Montenegrins against the ethnic Albanian Prime Minister Dritan Abazovic, who has caused outrage amidst the first in meeting demands of Serbia and local Serbs so far, mainly related to the “basic contract” with Serbian Orthodox Church (SPC), ignoring independent past of Montenegrin church and the state.

Brussels, 18 August 2022, dtt-net.com – Leaders of Kosovo and Serbia found no common ground today after intensive meeting they had with EU mediators in Brussels today over their multiple differences and future relations of the two countries, as western powers are trying to ease renewed tensions in Serb-predominantly north of Kosovo, hoping for a final compromise for a “comprehensive agreement” which few believe it will include recognition of Kosovo by Serbia, and many expect Kosovo Albanians to swallow calls for more special powers for Serb minority – backed by the  EU and USA - - in exchange of EU visa liberalisation for isolated Kosovans.

Brussels/Washington, 17 August 2022, dtt-net.com – Western powers in both sides of Atlantic are currently at their full speed trying to convince Kosovan premier Albin Kurti and President Vjosa Osmani to accommodate Serbia demands for more special powers for Serb-majority municipalities, as Washington and the European bloc still hope that a rewarded Serbia will cut traditional strong political and business ties with Russia for the benefit of long term stability in the troubled Western Balkans region, which the EU fears it could explode any time soon as result of Putin aims to install instability and hurt the region in detriment of USA's allies in the old continent.
