Prishtina, 12 January 2022, dtt-net.com – The Prime Minister of Kosovo, Albin Kurti  said he explained to Josep Borrel that a usual referendum will not be allowed in Kosovo on Sunday but Kosovan Serbs with dual nationality can vote in Serbia’s Sunday referendum for constitutional judicial changes only through mail or in Belgrade’s liaison office in capital Prishtina.
