Brussels/Washington, 12 January 2021, dtt-net.com – The EU mediator to the Kosovo – Serbia talks, Miroslav Lajcak today said “no one can guarantee” that Kosovo will be recognized by Cyprus, Greece, Romania, Slovakia and Spain if it reaches an agreement with Serbia, despite regular promises to both countries by the European bloc for membership if a deal over their future relations is reached.
