OSCE urges Albania to improve electoral system

(Tirana, DTT-NET.COM) - Organisation for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE) urged Albania’s new government to improve country’s electoral system and avoid shortcomings as evidenced in 3 July parliamentary elections.
