German minister says W. Balkans needs a ‘reliable’ EU perspective, otherwise China would step in

Berlin, dtt-net.com – German foreign minister Heiko Maas told country’s parliament today that the EU should offer a ‘reliable’ a European perspective to the Western Balkans, otherwise China could step in, but surprisingly the minister didn’t mentioned Russia nor Turkey as Berlin and other EU capitals used to warn just until earlier this year.
