Serbia’s president asks Kosovo Serbs not to declare unilaterally body for special powers

Belgrade/Pristina, dtt-net.com – The President of Serbia Aleksandar Vucic today told Serb minority representatives in Kosovo north not to declare unilaterally the body for special powers which he says would serve to Kosovan authorities  and some western powers to intervene against.
