Strasbourg/Sarajevo, dtt-net.com - In a letter addressed to the government of Bosnia and Herzegovina (BiH), Council of Europe Commissioner for Human Rights, Dunja Mijatovic urged the authorities “to spare no efforts in order to improve their handling of migrants’ arrivals.”
