Ex-minister of Germany to mediate Serbia-Kosovo power grid dispute

Berlin/Pristina, dtt-net.com – Germany is sending its former environment minister, Klaus Töpfer, to Belgrade and Prishtina in a new attempt to solve row between Serbia and Kosovo over Kosovan electricity grid, which according to ENTSO-E is causing system frequency deviation from the mean value of 50 Hertz to Europe’s synchronized high voltage electricity network.
