Kosovo PM admits lack of votes for ratification of border deal with Montenegro

Pristina, dtt-net.com – The Prime Minister of Kosovo, Ramush Haradinaj, today said that the ruling majority has not secured two-third of votes for ratification of contested border demarcation agreement with Montenegro as of yet.
