W. Balkans countries not making sufficient progress on energy reforms, EU body says

Ljubljana, dtt-net.com – The Secretariat of Energy Community said that Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina (BiH), Kosovo, Macedonia, Montenegro and Serbia  are not making sufficient efforts in implementing energy reforms to meet EU set agenda.
