EU secures another pipeline for new gas supplies to lessen dependence from Russia

Brussels, dtt-net.com – On top of the Tran-Adriatic-Pipeline (TAP) which will bring gas from Azerbaijan as of 2020 to Europe, the European Union is advancing with a new similar project which will secure more supplies of gas from Israel and Cyprus waters through Greece to reach the Italy and the rest of EU as of 2025, as the European bloc is determined to diminish its gas dependence from Russia.
