Bosnia’s top court rejects request of Serb entity over country’s independence, statehood day07 July 2017 Tweet Sarajevo, dtt-net.com – The Constitutional Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina (BiH) has rejected the request of Republika Srpska (RS) entity as unfounded to declare unconstitutional the Independence Day (March 1) and Statehood day (November 25) of the troubled country in the Western Balkans.
