Kosovo seeks way out of EU visa deadlock, border deal with Montenegro

Prishtina, dtt-net.com – Kosovan government is failing to convince lawmakers to back a contested border delineation agreement with Montenegro and is looking to get alternative support from the EU to end visa regime for the country, the only one still without visa liberalisation in the Western Balkans by the European bloc.
