Kosovo PM fails to gather sufficient votes to pass border deal with Montenegro

Prishtina, dtt-net.com – Kosovan prime minister said he still hasn’t succeeded to gather sufficient votes from his parliamentary majority to ratify the contested border delineation agreement of 2015 with Montenegro.
