Prishtina/Brussels, dtt-net.com – The EU and the US have expressed discord with top Kosovo Albanian leaders and the opposition over the future of Kosovan Security Force (KSF) which Prishtina wants to prepare and transform it into a regular army without changing the name of the force by amending an existing law and bypass the veto of Serbia-backed Kosovan Serb lawmakers, while the western powers say it can’t be done without Serb accord as foreseen by the constitution contested by many Ethnic Albanians.
